Diane R. Garrett, ( Ph.D.), President and Chief Executive Officer

Diane R. Garrett has more than 20 years of senior management and financial expertise in the field of natural resources. Most recently she held the position of President and CEO of Romarco Minerals Inc., taking the multi-million ounce Haile Gold Mine project from discovery to construction. Prior to that, she held numerous senior positions in public mining companies including; Vice President, Corporate Development of Dayton Mining Corporation, Vice President Corporate Development of Beartooth Platinum Corporation. Earlier in her career Dr. Garrett was the Senior Mining Analyst and Portfolio Manager in the precious metals sector with US Global Investors.

Dr. Garrett is also a director of OceanaGold Corporation, a global gold producer and TriStar Gold, an exploration company focused in Brazil.

Dr. Garrett holds a PhD in Engineering in addition to a Master of Arts in Mineral Economics from the University of Texas at Austin.

Joe Romagnolo, (CPA, CA, B.Comm), Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Joe Romagnolo has extensive experience in the mining sector and in all areas of external financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, cash flow management, and implementation of financial reporting systems at all stages of a company’s growth and development from exploration to construction and operations. Mr. Romagnolo was recently with OceanaGold Corporation. and Romarco Minerals Inc. He was responsible for the successful conclusion of over $500 million in equity financings and integrally involved in its US$200 million project debt financing with a syndicate of international banks with Romarco.

Prior to that, Mr. Romagnolo was Corporate Controller of Centenario Copper Corporation, Atlas Cold Storage and The Molson Companies Limited.

Mr. Romagnolo is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario.

Heather White, (P. Eng), Chief Operating Officer

Heather White has over 20 years of experience in the mining industry where she has served in senior operating and executive roles with such major companies as NOVAGOLD Resources, Vale Canada, and Voisey’s Bay Nickel Company, including being the Chief Mine Engineer and subsequently Mine Manager for Voisey’s Bay where she was responsible for development of the Feasibility Study through to mine operations. Ms. White is a Professional Mining Engineer and President of White Mining Consulting Inc. where she has provided advisory services, including Qualified Person and Project Management services for resource development, scoping analysis, PEA, PFS, and FS level mining studies to a diverse group clients, including The Electrum Group LLC, NOVAGOLD Resources Inc., Trilogy Metals Inc. and most recently Wellgreen. During her time at Vale, Ms. White gained extensive experience in the nickel market, having planned and managed the worldwide nickel supply chain for Vale, including alignment of production of all products at all finished nickel smelting and refining facilities with market demand.

Ms. White is a member of the Board of Directors for Victoria Gold Corp., a gold exploration and development company focused in the Yukon.

Ms. White holds a Bachelor of Mining Engineering from Queen's University, Kingston, Ontario and has had her leadership achievements recognized as the 2012 Recipient of the "Canadian Institute of Mining - Young Mining Leaders" Award.

Graeme Jennings , (CFA), Vice President Corporate Development

Graeme Jennings has over 10 years of capital markets experience, previously as an analyst with Cormark Securities covering a wide range of precious and polymetallic metals companies from exploration to senior producers and with market capitalizations ranging from $30 million to over $2 billion. In addition to communicating investment recommendations, Mr. Jennings performed due diligence and valuations on projects, developed financial models on M&A; transactions, and prepared reports and analyses on industry and economic trends and forecasts of metals prices. Prior to Cormark, Mr. Jennings worked as an associate for Interward Asset Management, a specialist investment firm focused on Canadian equities.

Mr. Jennings is a CFA Charterholder and holds an MBA (Honours) from the Richard Ivey School of Business in Ontario and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and Applied Mechanics from McGill University.
